Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms apply to website design and related services provided by ScotWeb Studio, a trading style of AI Regenesis Ltd. By engaging us you agree to them. Anything we specifically agree with you in writing takes precedence over these standard terms.
Packages and prices
Our package prices are fixed for the scope described on our Packages page. Work outside that scope (extra pages, features, integrations, copywriting) is quoted separately before it begins.
Deposits and payment
For most projects a deposit is payable before work starts, with the balance due before the site goes live. Starter websites may be payable in full up front. We'll confirm the exact split in your quote.
Revisions and changes
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (shown on the Packages page). Further changes, or changes requested after sign-off, are quoted or charged at our hourly rate.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, images, and information we need in good time, and to confirm that you have the right to use any material you supply. Delays in providing content may delay your launch.
Ownership
Once your final invoice is paid, you own the finished website content and the delivered design, along with images and copy you supplied. ScotWeb Studio retains ownership of its reusable code, templates, frameworks, and internal tools, and may reuse generic components on other projects.
Hosting and third-party services
Hosting, domains, email, booking systems, and other third-party services may have their own terms and ongoing costs, which we'll make clear where relevant.
Liability
We build your website with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
